16803: Event Services Registration Processing

Fees charged for utilizing Ideal-Logic or other system to process registration/ticketed events and/or abstract submissions when a per person/hour fee is not suitable. The fee is based on the actual hours spent on setup and management of the registration system at the hourly rate of the staff involved. The total amount is dependent on how much time it takes to set up the conference based on the complexity of the registration needs.
