16802: Event Services Management Fee

Fees are charged for the cost of staff providing management services for conferences or events. These fees vary based on the level of services provided for each group. The actual fee charged is determined by the technical and/or managerial requirements of the event and is billed on an hourly basis with a two-hour minimum, ranging from $85 to $200 per hour.
