16574: Library Preparation for DNA Metabarcoding (Illumina fees billed separately)

Amplification of relevant barcode gene and preparation for multiple Illumina sequencing at the Oregon State University Center for Qualitative Life Sciences. Minimum of 40 samples. Fee range is based on which DNA region is targeted or metabarcoding. 40 samples at $22.30 per sample = $892 minimum for low-cost region. 40 samples at $27.50 per sample = $1,100 maximum for high-cost region.
