This is a Full-Day (4-8 hours) non weekend rate. Half day and weekend rates are higher as follows: Conference Rooms: half-day-$80; full-day-$150, weekend half day-$96, weekend full-day-$180 Small Classrooms: half-day-$135, full-day-$250; weekend half-day-$162, weekend full-day-$300 Medium Classrooms and unique event spaces: half-day-$260, full-day-$500, weekend half-day-$312, weekend full day-$600 Large Classrooms and Open Lobby Space: half-day-$320, full-day-$600, weekend half-day-$384, weekend full day-$720 Extra-Large Spaces and Oval Green: half-day-$505,full- day-$1,030, weekend half-day-$600, weekend full-day-$1,200 An additional hourly fee shall apply for each hour exceeding eight (8) hours of service. If such additional time is arranged prior to the start of the event, the fall shall be seventy-five ($75.00) per hour. If the additional time is requested on the day of the event, the fee shall be one hundred ($100.00) per hour.
