16310: Wine Analysis, Testing, & Making

The testing, analysis, and making of wine. The following services are charged on a per sample basis: Thiol analysis ($350), sensory aroma compound interactions ($5,902), wine making ($203), acid hydrolysis ($270), free smoke phenol analysis ($225), wine lipid extraction and analysis ($150), and semi quantitative analysis ($300). Additional analysis is charged by the hour: Associate professor ($130), assistant professor ($82), graduate assistant ($65), and student employee ($16). Expenses in excess of the services provided will be billed at cost.
