OSU Fees Online

This fee covers admin time to schedule/reserve the applicable classroom, auditorium, and/or campus grounds and tech support for events at LaSells Stewart Center. Fee will be billed on an hourly basis with a half hour minimum charge. Actual fee charged is determined by the technical and/or managerial requirements for an event. Hourly rates are broken down as Student $15/hour; Manager $55/hour; and Associate Director $84/hour. Full-time staff are responsible for the highly technical setup/programming of AV equipment, follow spots, lights, sound and staging elements. Student support staff are responsible for the less technical tasks of putting on an event. Custodial costs for the event will be charged to customer at actual cost.
