The sample analysis costs will be dependent on the analyte to be measured (metals or product chemicals), matrix (water, sediment, or biota), and analytical methods and instrumentation for the analysis. Costs will range from $125 to $650 per sample run. The fee charged will be based on the personnel (time spent by Faculty Research Assistant), instrumentation (inductively coupled plasma spectrometry, probes), material (standards), and analytical method (established) requirements.
