OSU Fees Online

This fee includes the use of 30 laptops (with corresponding accessories) on a mobile cart. Fee includes time for set up of individual user accounts on each laptop, physical set-up/take-down of the COW and orientation on how to use the COW. For multiday use of the COW that does not need daily set-up/take-down of the COW, users will be charged a $100/day fee after the initial $650. If multi-day events do include daily set-up/take-down of the COW, users will be charged the full daily rate.
