*Peptide-conjugated Morpholino oligos (PPMOs) are effective reagents to study gene functions. The fee is for making a PPMO from a peptide and 300-1000 nmoles of a Morpholino oligo as the starting materials. This rate includes 1) providing a consultation for selecting appropriate end-modifications of a Morpholino oligo and/or a peptide, 2) designing strategies for conjugation and purification 3) performing chemical conjugation, 4) purifying the resulting PPMO, 5) analyzing the PPMO by mass spectrometry, and 6) quantifying the PPMO product. This rate does not include the costs of the Morpholino oligo, the peptide, and handling & shipping charges. Customers supply us with the Morpholino oligo and peptide materials of their choice. Customers do have the option to use our in-house delivery peptides for an additional cost. The handling and shipping charges will be billed at cost. *We offer a 20% discount for any additional conjugations ordered, provided the conjugations use the same peptide sequence, and are in the same order of the first conjugation. We also offer conjugations for quantities lower or higher than the standard 300-2000 nmoles of a Morpholino oligo.
