Fee covers the hourly use of the Global Community Kitchen in the Memorial Union. Labor is required for kitchen operation and will be billed separately depending on who is assisting in the kitchen. The labor rates are $16/hr for a student worker, $53/hr for the Global Community Kitchen Coordinator or $70/hr for Assistant Director (see fee 14829). If additional materials are required, they will be charged at cost to the client.
