Internal Fees

Internal Fees are charged via journal voucher and are expected to recover the full costs of providing goods and services within the OSU community. Internal fees are reviewed annually for compliance with Federal OMB Uniform Guidance 2 CFR 200 and Oregon State University policies.

16200: Sea Legend boat rental View Fee Details

This fee is for the rental of a 22' Arimis Sea Legend boat with a 150 Mercury Etech. This vessel has room for up to 8 people and is equipped with radar, plotters, and 2 sounders. The vessel is trailer-able. The rental rate is $65 per day plus $75 per hour of engine operation. An operator and/or additional crew are available at the rates shown on fee 16103. Prior to renting the vessel for the first time, the operator will have to complete MOTC, or comparable training and boat-specific training at a cost of $150.

eDNA extraction and qPCR using labeled probes for species detection and/or quantification. User may need to provide or purchase appropriate primers. Supplies, materials, and labor are charged at a scaled rate based on the number of samples processed. The lower end of the pricing range reflects use of the service without labor.
