External Fees represent cash transactions for goods and services provided by units within OSU to non-OSU businesses, organizations, and individuals. These fees are subject to an annual public review process. It is University policy, as well as sound fiscal policy, that External Fees fully recover the costs (including administrative) associated with providing the goods or services.
Housing is only available to OUS/HMSC Associated Agencies and personnel, with priority given to students.
The group using the room is responsible for doing their own set-up, break-down, and cleaning up. Room needs to be left in the same condition and configuration as found at the start of the usage. HMSC tenant groups are exempt from meeting room rental but pay external rates for the rental of the Auditorium, Dining Hall, Gazebo and Visitor Center.
Fees for additional custodial service, repairs/damages, supplies consumed during rentals and/or modifications to space will be at cost and external party will be notified in advance. HMSC executive committee will mediate any disputes. Recovery of wet lab supplies will be charged at cost of supplies used, for rental and use of the wet lab.
