Mid-size Event - 30-100 people; 1-2 venue room, podium/mic provided, simple menus, possible reserved seating, no extra publicity, caterer, electronic invitations, possible vendor contract development, and 1-2 printed items provided. Complex Event - 100+ people; multiple events within 1 main event, 6-7 different venues, possible reserve seating, electronic & print invitations, RSVP's, multiple menus, multiple printed items (i.e. directional signs, welcome signs, and place cards), creation of scripts, possible vendor contract development, multiple publicity pieces (i.e. print ads, social media, and digital ads), maintain event website, A/V technician assistance, multiple podiums/mics, and possible permit submission.
