15210: Food Component Analyses - Laboratory Fee

Validate and apply component analyses for selected analytes. Combined wet chemical and instrumental analyses. Fees are based on the time required to do the analyses. In the simplest sample work-up (e.g. extraction into water) followed by relatively straightforward measurement (e.g., pH), this type of analysis is estimated to take approximately 0.6 hours to complete. In a more complicated analyses (e.g., a dietary fiber component), the sample matrix must be broken down using physical/chemical methods prior to doing sophisticated complex analyte quantification. This latter type of analysis is estimated to take between 5 and 6 hours
