Rental fee for use of rooms in the Cultural Resource Centers. Fee is for MSA310, MSA311, MSA312, MSA313, MSA314, MSA315, MSA316, MSA317 Costs have been broken down into two categories. Fixed Costs and Variable Costs. Fixed costs are associated to rental spaces. These include utilities, telecom, supplies, wear and tear, depreciation, etc. These costs will be different between the external and internal fee based on the possibility of funding coming from ISS, a general funded department. Variable costs are associated with labor costs. Costs are to be constructed to recover employees costs associated with FTE. As such, variable costs range from student labor costs ($11.00) to unclassiffed labor costs ($60.00) per hour and per person doing the work. Minimum and maximum variable labor costs per activity per hour can be seen within the attached excel sheet to display a range of per hour per activity costs associated with the variable portion of the fee. All costs, for both internal and external fees will be sent to the renter PRIOR to the rental period, in the form of a quote (internal) or a contract (external) through EMS. The dollar amount for the variable cost of the event will have been determined and included in the quote or contract when given to the renter to ensure there are no surprises concerning the dollar amount being billed.
