Use of the Conference Room at Hermiston Agricultural Research & Extension Center (HAREC) is available for half or full day usage. The room is available from 8 am to 8 pm Monday through Saturday and will accommodate 40 people theater style or 25 maximum classroom style. The Conference Room will be reserved on a first come, first scheduled basis. Responsibilities include: setting up, cleaning up, and furnishing supplies (i.e. coffee, cups, tea, sugar, etc.). 1-4 hours $60.00, more than 4 hours $120.00. A Security Deposit of $100.00 is required of all users. Please provide a separate check made out to OSU/HAREC for the Security Deposit.
